    Carzone Ad for Nissan 350Z

I realise they're not the most saleable cars at the moment, but good Dog that's a lotta car for the money. I bought my 2004 350Z over a year ago for 11k with much more mileage on it. At 2007, it should be the 296 bhp version as well.

I may have bought too early.

    I'd be tempted... if I was colour-blind.

If you're after a big engined car then it's certainly a buyers market at the moment.

Really? I think that's the best colour on the Zed.

Well obviously it's subjective but that colour looks like metallic diarrhoea to me. The yellow interior is rank too.

350z looks nicest in blue IMO.

Well 350Z's are not famed for their quality interior :P Agreed though, the tan interior isn't the best.

My Z is in blue. It's a kind of flat blue though. Don't get me wrong, I do like it. It polishes up real nice. But I am drawn to the copper. But you do paint a vivid picture with "metallic diarrhoea".

I was just astonished at the price for a 2007 low miler.

I'd say if you showed the seller 10k cash, he would take it. A lot of car for the money indeed!

Sorry folks but that is the most desirable colour combo for the 350z. If i had 10k to spare in the morning, she'd be mine. And it has the GT pack aswell...what more do you people want?

It's mad how cheap these have got. Before I bought my new car the idea of them crossed my mind, I just couldn't have handled the running costs!

I don't mind the colour of the car, I would say it would definitely grow on me if I owned the car. However....the interior colour is horrible. Really takes away from the car IMO

Blue, black, white are colours that will generally look nice on most cars, and definitely true of the 350z

Orange is nice too, but it does look somewhat gaudy if left looking stock imo, needs some agressive looking bumpers to aid it a bit

you would need very big balls of steel to drive that, like anywhere.

    cheap for that year.

I was just going to ask would he take 10k!?:)

What are these cars like day to day - hard on juice or tyres - anything to be aware of, apart from the obvious stuff?

I would have to agree on it not being a colour combo I'd have gone for.

I suppose if driving a 350z you will stand out a bit anyway so why not go the whole way!:D

Hmmm...€10k...would cover running costs for a while...love the colour combo too.

    FOR SALE: Sk.......

Disgusting colour in my opinion... but as has been shown here, everyone is different.
I've a black one. My fav colours are the blue, black and gray ones. The yellow and orange/gold ones just don't do anything for me at all. Chili red is very rare and can look quite nice.

Probably the cheapest big engine performance car to run you will find.

25ish mpg, not bad on tyres at all. Ultra reliable. No turbos or anything too expensive to go wrong. Really easy and comfortable car to drive too unlike most high strung, turbo'd small engined fast cars.

Just get in one and have a drive and you'll see what I mean.

Nothing realy to look out for. Very reliable car. Nissan OEM parts are expensive though.

It's very sensitive to wheel alignment. So even a slight mis-alignment can result in a sort of "floaty" feeling at speed. Nissan Doctor put me straight on this when I thought my suspension bushes needed doing. A good alignment tightened it all up again. Thanks again Doc.

Also, spend money on good tyres. Again, it's very sensitive to tyres ... especially in the wet. I've got a set of Hankook V12s at the moment. Quite good. But apparently Falkens are where it's at.

But I think the best thing about the car is its versatility. It's equally at home wafting along the motorway as pootling around town as being thrashed around the twisties. I used mine as a daily driver up until recently. And it wasn't the running costs that made me buy a diesel for commuting.

If you can afford it, then buy one. A TT isn't a patch on it IMO.

These seem to be in the same price bracket as a Boxster S, wonder how they would compare? Similar purchase price and tax/fuel consumption.

I'm not sure they are in the same price bracket. The Boxster S seems to still be demanding a premium. Older 2003 models are still going for 15k (just had a look on carzone ... maybe 13k).

A guy at work has a Boxster S and he seems to be absolutely smitten with it. Never driven one myself, but I'd imagine they'd give the 350Z a run for it's money if not a beating.
