network configuration UPC

I moved my tv last night so unplugged all cables. Now its asking me for network configuration and UPC tell me they can't give me this number and need to send out an engineer on MONDAY! I've got kids so a whole weekend without tv is unbelievable to them!! Can anybody help me?

The code you need to input depends on what part of country your in. the Dublin code is different to the galway code etc. Dublin is 131 not sure about rest of country. hope this helps.

I can't see why they would need to send an engineer out.

The only problem you may run into is the 3 digit activation code. There is a list of activation codes here:
