    Hi Guys
    I have a quick question
I need to make a sworn statement of decleration to say I no longer own property and the monies from the proceeds have been exausted over time "naturally" ie not spent on deposits for other property.
I dont have the money to get an oath done with the soliciter but they said I can type one up and they stamp it and the cost is far far less.

Im just stuck for the wording of it ie the I swear part and the end.
    Can anyone help.

Btw I tought it strange too that I have to put down what I spent the money on personally its none of thier business. Its for social housing forms and as I used to own a house years ago they want this and a whole load of other details which are very personal.

    Thanks guys
