If you could take back one comment made to someone else,what would it be?

I had been seeing a girl for quite a few years when I was early twenties and due to circumstances I had to move to the states.After being completely faithful for 6 months and listening to a pile of sh1te down the phone every night I went out with someone who I was working with over there.Nothing serious,cinema,bite to eat and a wee grope.

There were no giggidy parts touching.

Anyway,I told the lady back home that I had had enough and that I went out with someone else.

The passion with the local died out after I realised she was a nut(72hrs) and have always felt bad about saying what I did to my girlfriend over the phone,3,000 miles away.

I dont want to get back with her,but will always regret that one statement that I made.Heartless cnut,I know.

What one comment or statement or bluttherred out utterance would you take back?

Recenlty went back to my office giving out about how retarded they were in the shop below us.
After looks of digust I was informed it was a shop for those with learning difficulties

I once called a customer a cnut, but accidentally. I tried to tell her she couldnt do something, only I had a brain fart and I tried to say can't at the same time and it came out as "you coont" ...yeah, I did some apologising for that one.

I had the chance to get with someone I used to work with and didn't as I was a little shallow.

I was 19 and always got on great with this girl, we used to have a great laugh together. I got the chance one night out but didn't. She later got a boyfriend and I realised I really did like her and it would have been great but she is married now. Still great friends but always think now and again what could have been.
