    Just in Ireland somewhere?
http://www.dealpage.ie/ usually has some bargains on some nice places AFAIK.

Sheraton is nice in athlone. Muckross Park in Killarney. I guess a lot depends on your budget and where you wanna go.

Would you go for a four star B&B?
Be sure to arrive there at night and get a good spot in the conservatory dining room for breakfast. I used to frequent it years ago when I had work in Sligo, I was gald to find it had a websiite.
    Ann is a delight.

My favourite place for a one night stopover within easy reach of Dublin is Tinakilly House in Wicklow.
