Aviva Stadium Rental fees

A recent article in the Irish independent stated that Shamrock Rovers would pay €200,000 a match in rent to host their Europa League matches in the Aviva.

I remember back in March and April a number of articles in different papers stated that Leinster and the ERC was paying €500,000 a match in rent to matches in the Aviva stadium.

I just thought it was an interesting point for discussion here. I wonder if the costs to host a rugby match is significantly more expensive or is New Lansdowne Road Holdings[NLRH] (the management company owned by the IRFU and FAI that operates the Aviva) is favouring football teams.

Maybe it was a Business decision NLRH figured that the Leinster rugby could afford to pay 500,000 a match since they would sell out the stadium for a high ticket price while they figure that Rovers would only be able to sell tickets for 10-20 if they wanted to fill the stadium and they wouldn't be able to afford to 500,000.

    Thoughts, opinions?

I think it could be 200k rental and plus a percentage of the gate. I could be completely wrong now.
