    Where? On the home screens? Long press on the screen to add a different app shortcut or widget.

    No, on the apps screens. i deleted an app and was left with a blank space where the had been

    Can't you long press on them to move them about?

    Menu button, Edit, then move them around.

    Change your launcher.

    I reckon the app drawer is the worst thing about touchwiz.

    I use ADW Launcher EX, but have used launcher pro and go launcher which are good too.
