    Hie guys
    I've been offered a place to do this course at GMIT. Can anyone out there give any info at all about this course. Please.

    Hey, just saw this, probably a bit late but here goes:

    There is a lot of lab work, which is good coz it will boost your skillset, I finished this two years ago and now work in a lab playing with chemicals.

    The course is great, first year is essentially the leaving certs for maths, biology, chemistry and physics crammed into one year - not as hard as it sounds. It gets progressively harder (as with most courses) with more emphasis placed on discovering answers for yourself and doing your own research.
