    Hi Folks,

I've a new iphone 4 (about 1-2months) old and with Meteor.

Since day 1, I haven't been able to send any photo's via SMS. I can receieve them no worries but when I try to send you, I get 'Message Send Failure'.

I dropped into a Meteor shop and they looked into it for about 10 days and then when I chased them up, they said the fault is not on their side and must be a phone fault.

Once the learnt I actually brought the shop on-line (Via the Meteor store) didn't want to know about my problem, and just said I would have to send my phone back to Apple to be fixed.
So if I do that means I've no phone for however long that takes and have to contiune to pay my monthly service fee.

Anyone else this happen to and were able to solve it without having to send my phone back to apple??

    Thanks

Have you ever pluged the iPhone into iTunes and a message appears new carrier setting are available did you click install?

If not do that now it's not a fault and that's the worst customer service I have ever heard send an email to meteor customer service!
