In windows media player you can "share" directories to stream to your xbox. But would this suffice?

No,I will be downloading a plug-in within Windows Media Center that allows the browser to be on my Xbox.I have my WMP 2011 and my xbox connected so i can stream videos and look at pictures etc.. But it seems there is no such thing as a media center for xp,Only programs there are to connect to my xbox on XP is Zune or Windows Media Player 2011.None of which really help me
