I was hoping maybe some boards folk could give me a current opinion on any of the following areas? In relation to how they are to live in the area?

    Ard Ri
    Meadowview
    Beaubec
    St marys villas
    Bryanstown development

My folks live in beaubec and its a lovely place to live . the houses are great and it seems quiet enough compared to other estates in the town . Expensive to live in thoguh .

Live in Bryanstown Manor myself and its a lovely spot. That whole Dublin Road/Bryanstown Cross Route area is bang on. Plenty of good shops/restaurants/pubs as well. Plus the train station. Can't go wrong really!
