When can I access Student Email

    i did the registration(modules completed etc) and that was fine.

    However tried to access the email section through portal

    and i couldnt >.<

    So yeah wtf do I do ?:o

    That's odd. I haven't even done Part 1 of the registration and I've already logged into my student email. Maybe give them a buzz and ask what's up or just keep trying, could be a glitch.

    If your student number and your portal password aren't working you should contact the help desk. Either of these numbers (but not both) or the email should be right.

    How do you get onto it, do you just login to the portal@ucc bit and then hit Email or is there another way?

    When I click on the envelope I get this:
    Invalid Email
    We are unable to process your request at this time, please try again later.

    :confused:

    Stick your email address (studentnumber@umail.ucc.ie) in here

    My email was wasnt setup till the 2nd last year.
    Also nothing of any importance came untill after the 20th
