    Hi all,

Hope this is in right section.

Am trying to make on-line purchase using paypal.
The paypal button/link is not showing on the payment page of vendors site.
Vendors says theres nothing wrong with their system and button appears when they simulate an order. Checked internet properties and lowered security settings as advised by vendor. Lowest setting was medium. Still no joy.

Have made other purchases this month with paypal no problem. there are sufficient funds in paypal account and no messages from them highlighting any problems.

Any advice would be most welcome.

    Thanks for reading.

Thank you Bonzodog2. used Explorer instead. Worked perfectly. I'll have to remember that one.
    Thanks again. Much appreciated.

That's what I was going to suggest too.

Be sure that you're running the latest version (go to help - about and it should prompt you to update Firefox).

These problems are usually caused by temporary internet files cached by your browser. You can solve these by clearing the cache. You can clear the cache from firefox's tools>clear recent history/clear private data (If you dont see tools hit the ALT key once and the menu will come up).
Pick from the beginning and make sure cache and history are ticked, untick cookies if you want to keep sites logged in etc.

Thank you Nick. I cleared all history etc in Firefox and went back to the site. Behold there was the paypal button.

I will remember that one too.

    Thanks again.
