    Just finished cleaning up after the brewing, alot of spent grain for the birds :D. I batch sparged with the help of some pumps, I will give fly sparging a go next time maybe. It smelt really good during the mash and the boil,looking forward as usual to tasting this in a few weeks.

    Ye brown malt really is tasty stuff, even nice to eat:). I added a few pics of the brewday above. I brewed something similar a few years ago,maybe slightly stronger and it went down well.
