This is a senior position, so applicants will need to have a very strong personality, ability to work under pressure with a large menu choice to a high standard.

Food here is extremely well cooked, well presented based around an innovative menu.

You must have proven experience in kitchen management with issues such as waste management, HACCP, Hygiene, and staff relations.

Salary is negotiable depending on experience.
