choosing seat in air france After flight purchased?

Hi I booked a flight to NYC from snn to jfk and when I tried to choose my seat,the dialog box was not functioning. Any idea how to choose seats after the flight is purchased? I cant see an option in the Manage your booking section Thanks

Is the flight operated by Delta? If it is, go to delta.com, click on My Trips, and enter your name and ticket number (it should start with 057).
