master key for parental control

i have a dsi and the parental control was locked. i don't have the pin nor the password. i tried to google online but the customer service number i got was not in use( 1800 255 3700).
does anyone know how to unlock it?

i tried this link instead of the one given in the video, and its not working. i was told the key was incorrect.
