Draft Guidelines

    Hi all,

    Im a PDE student, just started teaching. Lecturers in my college are telling me to download Draft Guidelines for French teachers. Apparently they're on the Dept of Education website but I cant find them. Anyone know where I can get these?

    Tanx a mil :rolleyes:

    BTW its the JC ones I need. The LC ones are on the site but no sign of JC.

    Hi John,

    if you follow the following steps, you will find the information you need.

    1) Go to www.examinations.ie
    2) Under "information by topic" on the left, click "Curriculum, Syllabus and Teaching Guides"
    3) A sub-section will appear, listing various programmes, ie "Leaving Certificate", "Transition Year", etc...
    4) Select a subject and the syllabus and guidelines for teachers will come up.

    That should be www.education.ie, rather than www.examinations.ie methinks :)

    Btw, are you in UL by any chance?

    Thanks for the help. The JC French guidelines are not there but thanks anyway
