the best thing to do is ask the fees office in your college

It was so much easier to blame it on Them. It was bleakly depressing to think that They were Us. If it was Them, then nothing was anyone's fault. If it was us, what did that make Me? After all, I'm one of Us. I must be. I've certainly never thought of myself as one of Them. No one ever thinks of themselves as one of Them. We're always one of Us. It's Them that do the bad things.

Request to sign a declaration. Basically you will be signing that you believe you will be getting a grant therefore won't be paying the fee. You will then be temporarily registered as a student of the college pending the grant being awarded. You will be able to attend all lectures etc. As soon as you get awarded your grant you bring proof of such to the admissions or fees office of the college you will then be permanantly registered. If you don't get awarded the grant then you will need to pay the fee before a certain date last year it was the end of october. If not then you wont be able to register as a permanent student and will be kicked out.

(Im basing this on what happens in LIT im assuming its the same everywhere)
