My fathers landlcruiser was written off a few weeks ago and he had all the working parts taken off it.

He was wondering now whats the best way to get rid of these Donedeal or sell them all to a scrapyard?

    Thanks
    Pat

    I would say scrapyard.

    I would say scrapyard.

I wouldn't - they'll only give a couple hundred for the whole lot.

Put and ad up on DD *Breaking Landcruiser Parts* and list all the items you have taken off and what you want for each. Put up pics of same too. You can go back in to the ad and edit it as parts go.

Sorry,I read it wrong.I assumed he had taken off the working parts and had already flogged them and was looking to get rid of what's left.

Sell all the parts on donedeal/in local papers etc, just put up a few ads, sell the scrap shell to a scrapyard yes, but he'll get more money selling the parts himself, but it'll happen more slowly

Where you based? Some ELV centres will collect for free. Thortons in Dublin for example.

There's guys over on the Irish Landcruiser forum who'll take them off your hands!

If its an 03 on landcruiser, I would be interested in wiper linkage/motor.

Unless its a miracle it will need 1500 spent on it to make it bulletproof for the winter.
