    Hi!

    Just wondering if anyone else has accepted a place on this course?!

    Also, does anyone know anything about paying fees?

    I have applied for the grant and been told i "may not receive a decision untill the end of the academic year" and when I mailed ucc about this they said I could leave paying my fees till I get it but can't get a student card :-/

    Im assuming a student is essential?! I went to Mary I for my BA and it wasn't as essential there at the time as they weren't too advanced... :p

    Any help and info appreciated! Thanks in advance :)

    I've also accepted place on this course. i'm in same boat as you as i have applied for the grant but think ill just pay my fees and pray that i get grant at end of year(not holding my breath on that one!). I know that you pay half the fees now and half later on in the year. Did you get registration pack?
    I would assume that your student card would be needed for printing etc but really not too sure. Maybe try contacting UCC student union?

    Ring UCC admissions. Or the UCC fees office. They'll have the proper and correct information.

    Thanks for the replies!

    Yes I got some sense after my initial panic and just rang UCC.

    Im goin to just pay the first half and hope a grant appears before the 2nd installment is due as UCC told me the student card is fairly essential but I could go without it if I wanted..catch 22! Ha!

    Got the reg pack an looking forward to starting next Monday :)
