I'm bumping this! :p Still looking for 1000 abseilers ...

If their is anyone willing to support over the week-end either abseiling or to assist by stewarding, I'm sure you won't be turned away :)

    Thanks,

Almost d-day now folks & as you can see, almost reached full target.

Saturday 1st & Sunday 2nd in Aviva, if you're around Dublin or are available to travel up, linky is here with details.

It really is a unique opportunity for individuals to get a chance to abseil under supervision from 40 meters above the pitch at the Aviva Stadium :)

    ABSEIL1000

The Aviva stadium abseil is on this Saturday and Sunday with all proceeds going to Adi Roche’s Chernobyl Children International Charity. I just to remind everyone that all of the Abseil operators are qualified volunteers ;)

Places are still available on Saturday morning and throughout Sunday from 11am to 3pm.

People can donate the full €150 at the time of abseil if it is more convenient.

I personally want to say a HUGE well done to the organisers and planners of this event. Best Wishes also to everyone who is participating and assisting over the week-end :)

Thanks also to my fellow co-mods in here for allowing the bumping of the thread,

Was informed that the Abseil Event brought in an out-standing €36,000 toward the target of €50,000 ...

Jeez guys, Serious Congrats all around on this one folks! It really is true that achievement always comes to the person who is looking for it but not to the person who is just waiting for it!

'DESIRE' Changes Nothing, 'DECISION' Changes Something. BUT 'DETERMINATION' changes Everything...

    Well Done everyone :)
