Zanussi washing machine spin

    Hi all,

Bought a brand new Zanussi ZWG1140 washing machine. It's only a day old and when the wash goes to spin it takes on a life of its own. It actually lifts off the ground and can move around it's so powerful. We checked the positioning according the installation instructions and the washing machine was level (even checked with a spirit level). The last wash we tried resulted in one of the self locking feet to fall off.

I know the machine is under warranty and everything but I was just wondering if there was anything we hadn't thought of before we call anyone. We've had 2 other washing machines in exactly the same spot with no problems!

If anyone has any ideas thanks in advance!

Ok.... Just found the section in the manual about transit bolts. Its the smallest paragraph near the back. It seems that this would be the problem! Thanks for the help, I'm feeling a bit stupid now...
