    Have to agree.there is a dog for every job+ every type of shooter.I'm a Springer and Lab man but love to watch a good setting dog in action.

    The is only one downside to a pointing dog for me.A lot of them don,t see outside their pen from Feb-Nov every year.(now the same could be said about a lot of gundogs breeds)but I find that with a spaniel or a lab they can tag along pigeon shooting,crows,rabbits etc.

    Unless you are E-pointer where that can really train a pointer that is the ultimate all rounder.See youtube clips-great dog!

    thanks alan , i always get a laugh outta them , they make my shooting enjoyable and to me thats what it all about ;)
