Happauge HD PVR

    Hi guys,

    Went to sell my HD PVR to someone last night, and got a call today, saying it wasn't working. I hadn't tested it before, but the guy I sold it to is a friend and works for my Mother.

    So I gave the money back to him, and i'm looking to get it fixed. Can someone tell me where to RMA this?

    The Box itself doesn't register on the PC or Mac when I try to install the Drivers. When I plug it in (Using the Happauge Power cord) the blue LED comes on, but nothing else ever comes on. I tried it on a couple of PC's and on a MacBook but nothing seem's to happen.
