Hi, I'm sure this is answered some where before but I have searched and unable to find the answer.

I have just started receiving job seekers this week and was given my weekly amount for the first time today. I had heard that you are entitled to payment from the time you made your claim. This would have been about 7 weeks ago for me, so will I receive this 7 weeks payment as a lump sum at some stage or do I just get payment from now on? Also, if I am entitled to this lump sum how long should it take for me to receive it?

    Thank you.
