    Are goose eggs seasonal?

The natural ones are...geese only naturally lay in early spring. If they're kept indoors under forced conditions they may lay more, but geese are not like chickens. They have a much smaller lay season & may only lay about 50-60 eggs/year (depending on breed & season).

Ask your butcher, they tend to get them in from the local farmers.
