Ugg Boot Repair

Ok, so it's that time of year again...slowly but surely putting my summer clothes to the back of the closet and digging out my autumn/winter wear again!

I have a feeling it'll soon be time to starting donning my Ugg Boots again but unfortunately the zip on them is broken :(

Does anyone know if there is anywhere I can send them off to get repaired? If there is anywhere in Ireland that would be fantastic but the Uk is also alright - As long as they're wearable at the end of the month :)

I went to a local cobbler to see if there was anything he could do but he told me he'd have to remove the original Ugg zip entirely and replace it with a standard run of the mill metal zip (not an option to be honest)

Help would be much appreciated! Cheers :)

Try a seamstress rather than a cobbler. If the zip is actually broken (rather than caught/slipped off track) it will have to be completely replaced, but I can't see why it would have to be a metal zip. An alterations place might be better suited.

I had a problem with my uggs ripping a while ago. I e-mailed ugg australia who gave me lots of different options. It turned out my uggs were from a flawed lot..(you can check the lot no. on the label I think) and I got a brand new pair :D Before they found out they were flawed they gave me an address to ship them to and pay for repair though. Give it a try , they are extremely helpful :)

I've looked through my emails but can't find the address..sorry!
