dates receving bills

Just wondering why bill dates have changed from the 28th of the month to the 21st of the month. From dates below I think I might have been overcharged from march to April 21/08/2011 21/07/2011 21/06/2011 21/05/2011 21/04/2011 28/03/2011 28/02/2011 28/01/2011 28/12/2010 28/11/2010 28/10/2010

Did you change package or add an additional service in April? If so this might account for the change of date.

Did you go to upc.ie & look at your bill to see exactly what you were charged for in March compared to April?
