    Hey everyone,

    I've been playing in a band for 5 or 6 years but I have always sucked at online promotion. I've seen bands gain so much likes on facebook and other social networking sites, some which are really good and some of which a quite average yet still have an interacting online fan base. I've seen new bands just explode online, some of which are together for months at a time, and I've seen great bands with very few views.

    Has anyone out there been successful online creating over 1000 likes on facebook or gained high views on Youtube?

    Has anyone out there bought fans or plays or views or whatever? Does it work?

    Does anyone have a proven method on creating an online buzz?
