    Are some people meant to be alone forever? Has anyone here ever been totally alone and ended up okay?

    Well, there's a difference between being alone and being lonely.... I'd be pretty much a loner and am fine on my own for long periods of time.. if I get really bored on my own I can drop in on friends..

    When you say lonely, are you lonely for a partner, a friend, family... ????
