    Alright everyone,

I know posts here don't get a lot of replies but i'd really appreciate it if someone could help me out here, Going to puerto rico in 6 weeks, Booking it on friday. On the booking form it says baggage how many bags do you want to bring and its 30 euros a bag. I really haven't a clue about this sort of thing. I've gone on holidays before but never worried about this i suppose it was just included in the package price.

Is there a certain size/amount of bags i can bring for free or do i have to pay 30 euro for every bag i bring??

Any help would be really really appreciated..

    Thanks

Are the flights part of a package or have you booked them yourself?

If it's a package, who is the tour operator (not the agent)?

The better the information, the better the responses!

Based on what you've said, I'm guessing it's a self book and you're flying with Ryanair. If this is the case then there are NO bags included in the price and the €30 is for a 15kg allowance for one bag on a return trip. So, two people going with a checked-in bag each comes to €60.

However the fees for baggage are seasonal and it can work out a lot dearer! Details here: http://www.ryanair.com/ie/terms-and-conditions#regulations-tableoffees

If it's Aer Lingus, the fee is €40 for a return flight and the allowance is 20kg. Fee details here: http://www.aerlingus.com/travelinformation/knowbeforeyoufly/baggageinformation/#d.en.1222

Can't give any info for charters/packages until we know who the tour operator is.

Sorry didn't realise it was different for Every airline/Agent

It's a package holiday and i'm booking it with low cost holidays, Not sure if their an agent or tour operator sorry. For the airline it just has low cost airline on the quote but i googled the flight number and it seems to be a Ryanair flight. FR7126. ?

    Thanks for your help :)

If you haven't booked yet, then simply add the bags as part of the process as there probably aren't any included in the price.

    Enjoy your holiday!

One bag, 10kg max. Maximum dimensions 55x40x20. Everything must fit in the one bag, so no bag with purchases made or a hand bag etc.
