Thinking about things is often much worse than just doing them.

    (Un)Helpful, but true.

Go to the gym and workout a bit then you'll be full of energy

I have been planning to do that for months........... See what i mean

The gym is sh!te. What you need to do, Fedor, right, is absolutely nothing. Literally do as little as possible. Just lie in bed, only get out to pee or make food. Eat in bed. Do absolutely nothing. Pretty soon this becomes unbearable. Then do it for even longer. When you do something after all this, you'll just keep on going.

Honestly? Force yourself to do the things you're running away from. There's no big secret in it, it's taking charge of what's (not) going on in your head and turning that into something useful and productive.

I never said it was easy, It's just not complicated.

I wanted to go to a Procrastinators Anonymous meeting last night, but all I saw on the door was "Meeting postponed until further notice."
