Hi all just looking for some advice. My husband and I are looking at an old house to buy and renovate. There has been some work done but a lot left to do. I wanted to get advice on the following things that will need doing, if anyone has idea of prices I would be grateful to hear,
    The house is a bungalow

here are the immediate things that will need doing:

1- Attic Insulation as there is none at all
2- New boiler to be purchased and installed
3- Radiators are there but not installed
    4- All doors, skirting
5- Roof would need to be checked
    6- New kitchen
    7- Flooring throughout

New electrics have been installed incl fuse box, and switches.
New double glazed windows & doors installed.

If we do go ahead with things we want to just do the basic to get into the house and then will finish things as we go along.

Any recommendations for any of the above will greatly help us.
