Hi All - I am just wondering if there is any Engineering folk / fellow boardsies out there who can help me with my search.

Basically I am looking for a piece of scheduling software for scheduling Preventative maintenance and compliance conformance tasks that someone maybe has experience of and fits the following criteria.

    1. Not too expensive (preferably sub €1000 we are small enough company).
    2. Can track multiple job locations.
    3. Possibly web based to allow access and input from external work locations.
    4. Can schedule tasks based on usage (i.e. system can be told what hours are on x piece of equip and will in turn schedule tasks based on this).
    5. Can schedule repeat tasks based on time or date (I.e. reminder for a weekly / monthly visual inspection or inform you that xx lifting equipment is due its 6 month inspection).
    6. Tracking and notification of expiry dates of safety equip and consumables.
    7. Preferably a standalone application – not looking for a fancy excel spread sheet.
    8. Ability to mothball or layup items of equipment or locations so as not to schedule tasks until location or item is reactivated into service.

I would be grateful if anyone with experience of such a scheduler or something similar can post their experience
