Does anybody out there know of any County Council that HAS granted planning permission for a target range for firearms use?

Wicklow springs to mind. (At least twice AFAIK).

For Rifle and Pistol? not for shotgun use

Since the new 3yr licences were introduced

The 3 year licence doesn't actually link into planning permission from county councils for ranges 22, just so as you know (it does tie to club PULSE numbers, but they're a seperate thing to planning permission).

This was passed on to me by email for the thread: Fingal Sporting Club's planning permission application.

    Not especially. c. 2-5 years.

    You'd know them.

Not quite, I think. But like Sparks says, how's that relevant?

Maybe, but you might need to narrow it down a bit further than that!
