    Folks,

I am looking to lease a property house/apartment in the North County Dublin Area, no further out than sword's. I have a budget of a maximum €800 a month, I will need min 2 bed, as I have my daughter on weekends, a parking space , spacious, and somewhere to keep a bike.

It would have to be modern and clean!

    Thanks,

    Dermot

PS. MAYBE WRONG FORUM, IF ONE CAN DIRECT ME BETTER, THANKS! ;-)

You might have to stretch your budget a little bit but might be worth a look.

Two options in swords come to mind, Applewood and Boroimhe.

If you are traveling towards the City regularly I would go with Boroimhe as its on the southside and doesnt see much traffic once you get out of the estate.
