Lads Holiday during School Mid Term Late October

    Hi all,

    Looking for suggestions for a lads holiday during the Mid-Term 31st october 2011 to 4th November 2011.

    A few teachers need to get away from it all.

    5/6 lads!!! aged 24-30

    Any suggestions?

    Puero Rico in Gran Canaria was one suggestion so far.

    Need somewhere with Sun but has to have good nightlife.

    We're going to Tenerife. Must book it this week now. Apartments Caribe. Its a lot cheaper to book flights direct and apartment direct but i dont think i have the patience or time for that.

    Travel Agent charging around €480.00 though.

    try lowcostholidays.ie .. currently trailing different sites for a sun holiday later this month.. lowcosthols tend to use ryanair and aerlingus flights so you get them cheaper

    Going Tenerife from Oct 25th-Nov 1st for a 21st so hopefully there will be a bit of nightlife then!

    Just wondering how did you find the nightlife in Tenerife last year? I went to Puerto Rico in Gran Canaria but it was a bit too quiet for my liking!!

    Yeah Tenerife was good and reasonably busy but then again there was 18 of us so we could make our own craic. What was Gran Canaria like? We were looking at going Playa Del Ingles for this Halloween.

    Cool stuff, there was enough to make a good atmosphere anyway so?? Ya Gran Canaria was fine, I went to Puerto Rico with my GF but to be honest the nightlife was poor enough. I'd say that could be more to do with that resort though and it could be more couple orientated. We would have preferred it to be a bit busier though. We should have gone to Playa del Inglés for at least one night to check it out. I'd say it would defo be busier to be honest. Then again, was still a good enough holiday so can't really complain about Gran Canaria in general, just a bit quiet at night.

    Yeah like there was still a good few around we'd be going back there this year only we got a great deal for Gran Canaria

    Lad Barcelona is class for nightlife amazing also any of the canary islands as mentioned hearing great things about Portugal algarve too! Very jealous now of ya getting a group away my school is awful for organising **** like that I normally just head off backpacking on my own meet lots of people though!

    Did you book Tenerife in the end? Was a change of plan for us so we're headin over again on the 30th!
