Some computer repair shops can do this for you. Prices varies between 65 and 90euro. DC jack is only about 3 euro and the rest is labour but not without a reason. Also don't give it to guys advertising on free classified with only their mobile phone, they don't have equipment and often experience needed for the job.
BTW few days ago i bought a laptop from one of my customers. He brought it in a shopping bag all in pieces after unsuccesful attempt to replace Dc jack himself. So good advice is - if you don't know how to do it, don't try to learn on your laptop ;)

I got so used to people calling DC socket inside a laptop a "DC jack". If that's a problem with a jack from AC adapter you need a new adapter. Don't buy the one on this link as this is made by (or should I say made for) "Laptop power UK" and it's quality is questionable. Buy original Fujitsu Siemens or replacement (OEM) made by Delta electronics, Liteon, Lishin etc. as these are good quality adapters that will last.
    You need 20V, 2.5x5.5mm jack, 65W or 90W (that's 3.25A or 4.5A)

    Hope that helps
