Advertising cases?

    Hi all


    First to declare, I don't have any legal background so pardon me if I don't phrase it well.

    I am involved in a advertising project and need some information about various landmark cases/ judgements in this area. Is there any source/ book on advertising cases in Ireland, specifically litigations surrounding medico- marketing.

    Help appreciated

    you might look at legal text books on media law as well as general contract books and medical negligence books.

    Depending on exactly what you're look for, you might also look at modern/recent tort books.

    Scroll through the index at the back and it'll tell you if it has what you're looking for.

    If you're brief is for recent cases then you'd probably need books published in 2010 ish.

    I'm presuming you don't have access to online legal databases, but you might google or yahoo modern marketing medical cases and see what comes up etc
