Pricing cars for sale

I've a car to sell soon and am just wondering what is the best method for assessing it's value.

Now the OMSP on ROS.ie seems by and large a price which is quite low.

It is hard to go online and find a car for the specified OMSP.

I did sell a car before on adverts.ie but some people suggested that there are perhaps now better options wheter they be gumtree, donedeal, cbg, carzone etc?

    TIA

Donedeal is the most accurate priced cars at the moment. But there are a few dreamers on there too.

Post up your make, model, outline the history and spec of the car and you may get a genuine guide to current value.

As suggested above donedeal really is the best place to dictate the market value on a car/van etc. Just be sure to compare like with like and price you're car competitively. Carzone and CBG are good sites but you won't get the same hit rate as DD.

    Thanks lads.

I'll give donedeal a good look and price up accordingly.

I think the OMSP on revenue is quite low as it's hard to find the car your pricing for the money they say it's worth which is good when importing.

That is the first time I've ever heard someone claim the OMSP quoted is in any way low - there's been hundreds of threads on here complaining its far too high!
