Carrefour (France/Spain) Android Tabs.

    Carrefour are doing a decent pair of android tabs at the moment:

    CT704 - 7" - €129
    CT1004 - 11" - €199

    I picked up the 7" last week and it's a nice device. It doesn't have the full Android Market or Google Apps. You can install the full market using instructions on frandroid.com

    The screens are capacitive and the 7" has an A9 3D core processor.
