Living alone allowance stopped - why?

Surprised to find no money in my bank account and when I looked into it my living alone allowance has not been paid for 2 weeks. None of my circumstances have changed. I'm still living alone, 3 little ones, work part time. I was not contacted about being reassessed. I'm very worried and broke. Is there anywhere I check online to see why this might have happened? Medical card applications can be assessed online now so I'm wondering if there is similar for living alone?

    Lone parents allowance?

I'm guessing they sent a letter for you to fill out but it's gone missing somewhere and they stopped your payment when they didn't get a reply

    Just a guess
I'm not aware of anywhere you can check online
Call to the office on Monday
If you are hitting issues getting an answer contact the Citizens Information Bureau, very helpful and they can call on your behalf

There are a lot of spot checks being done at the moment. Get on to the social welfare straight away
