Can you get channels on UPC that MMDS doesn't pick up?

When I was in my grandparents' house recently in north Co. Dublin, I noticed that they have far more channels on their UPC EPG than us, even though we have the Max package, and I assume they do to. Is there a way to get at least some of these channels, because I don't think it's fair that we're paying the same price for…

Different system most likely. the ex-Chorus and ex-NTL areas would have slightly different line ups. Even the ex-Chorus areas can differ slightly.
