Problems finding Tiny Pop

    Hi All,

I have a Sky dish and box, but no subscription, and just use the FTA channels set up under the Other Channels section.

    My young girls love Tiny Pop TV show, but it disappeared a few days ago - according to the sticky in this section it is at;

    TINY POP 11.642 V 27500 2/3

But I get a No Signal error. I can still get Tiny Pop+1 on channel 625. Anyone have any ideas what is happening? Or how do I find the TP+1 details to be able to add that to Other Channels?

    Many Thanks, Richard

Tiny Pop is fta on channel 617 on Sky. Do you have a standard Skybox or a HD box?

If it's just a standard box, simply take out the card and plug the box out & in again to get the UK epg (set fta channels as favourites) Channel 5 will need to be added to other channels though.

    Thanks TT - got it.

Zerks - I just have a standard old Sky box (with rounded front edge) - are you suggesting there is a better way to view FTA using favourites rather the the Other Channels section? Is there instructions anywhere for doing this?

    Thanks again, Richard

Follow the instructions in my previous post, then simply press Services, select Favourites (6 on the list) and use the yellow button to put a tick beside the fta channels, press select when you're happy with your selection of channels and away you go.
You can then simply use the blue button to cycle through the fta channels and select to view what you want.

Instructions are on screen while you're doing it so it's childs play.:)

several stations changed transponders a few days ago and will need retuning

    from http://www.tvtrade.ie/blog/how-to-tune-in-missing-satellite-channels/

The problem of channels going missing is a real pain for those who live in the world of ”Free to air satellite”

    This can be caused by

Channels going out of business (rare)
Channels going onto a pay per view basis (rarer still)
Channels whose frequency have changed (most likely)

    Some good news first

This rarely effects the main channels e.g. BBC, ITV etc
It is simple to tune them back in

Over the past few days, several channels have gone missing from peoples free to air boxes and combo receivers. The list of missning channels includes…

POP, Tiny Pop ,Tiny Pop +1 ,Kix! ,PopGirl, PopGirl +1, The Vault, Chart Show TV, NME TV, Flava, Bliss, Scuzz, DanceNation TV, Lava, True Ent, True Movies, True Movies 2.
