    What date in 08 was it registered???
    You can test it 3 months before that date..

    First NCT will be 2012 as I see it (4 years). NCT due date will appear on your road tax renewal form this year but you can do the test before that date.

    thats nearly 6 months;)

    the first nct can be done 180 days early and every nct after that can be done 90 days early
