Where to go for sun in october?

    I was looking to head off for a week of sun in early october.Where would ye recommend i could go.I would like to stay in europe and not to have a long flight.Thanks

    Algarve.
    The Canary Islands.
    Morroco.
    Tunisia.
    Cyprus.
    Egypt.

    You can get package holidays to some of above.

    Also could try http://www.lastminute.ie/ inputting your dates and destination for flight & hotel package.

    There's bargains to be had if you book it yourself.

    I was looking at packages and ended up saving over €1,000 between flights and accommodation over the cost of a similar package in the middle two weeks of October.
