Depreciation rate of Buildings

    Hi

    Just wondering at what rate are ye depreciating your buildings. These are standard building (offices & showrooms) which under goes regular maintenace and are occupied as normal.

    Depreciation is an accounting estimate based on expected useful life.

    So you often see 2% or 4%. In some cases 10% but less likely.
