How do I get Lubuntu to automatically shutdown after a period of idleness?

    Can anyone tell me how do I get Lubuntu to automically shutdown of my PC is left unattended for a period of time?

    It is Lubuntu 11.04 (Light Ubuntu)

    I'm new to Linux so if you could tell me in simple steps how to do it.

    if putting the computer asleep is enough just right clcik on the power icon in the top right of the screen...

    System > Prefrences > Power Management works as well

    just adjust the settings from there.....

    not sure about shutting it down though
