Is buying anything less than i3, like buying a second hand car. I want to get a laptop for my 14 year old and hope It will see secondary school out, 5 years.
Looking at 4-6Gb ram, 500+ hard drive, 15.6". Less than €500 would be good. Battery life is important 5+ hours.
Warranty not to important as it will be a room laptop.
    Any thoughts.

P.S. Toshibia C660 in Argos IS €499.99 ticks the box's, any good?
Save on Laptops.co.uk, has anyone used them, any good, as the prices look good.
    Thanks.
